I experiened it while playing Sims the other day... I thought Origin was down now the next day its still giving me the message how to troubleshoot this?

How did you fix this issue. I cant log in to my game. On top of that, origin wont let me re-authorize my game. keeps tellingme the code has alreayd been used.. its my code but i can re-do it.

EA StaffIt sounds like you have already claimed the code on your account so you won't be able to redeem it again. You will need to log in to Origin with the account you claimed the game on originally and you should see it under MY GAMES in the Origin client.
