I tried messaging you but i don't have access. I attached my lastexception file. Could you tell me what is possibly wrong with my game? I'm getting the same error code.

@4nlc6hpiclog Your game is modded. Could you please remove your mods/cc and test on a backup of your save ?

@4nlc6hpiclog Could you try evicting your family that has the issue and then putting them back in the same house ?

I can duplicate the error initially but doing that fixes for me. I'll forward your save to EA.

Was recently playing my legacy save file and have been running into this error: The game failed to load. Error Code: Error Code: 107: 77dd1fbb:8a65f698. It is recommended that you relaunch the game.
I have already tried to relaunch the game, I've removed all my mods (including deleting the mods folder all together. I've delete the localthumbcache and I've repaired the game. Still no luck. For some reason there are no recovery saves I can revert back to.
For context this is happening when I am trying to travel between lots.
Additionally, like many players I began experiencing many problems once I got the For Rent pack. The house I am currently playing on I had converted from residential to residential rental back to residential and the game did NOT like that. I also tried moving the household to a different lot but the game did not allow me.
I've been playing this save for a couple years now and I will be very upset if I lose my progress. Any help is greatly appreciated.
