Sims’s eyes close better in more forms of sleeping.
There was a fix for one issue in this thread. There's still issues with the eyes that currently have threads.
Please use either of these, depending on what you see
Although I am disappointed in the development team because of how long these eye bug issues have gone without a fix, I do have to say that they did an excellent job on the performance on this recent update. I loaded up the game to test it with DirectX 11. I can now go to San Myshuno and get a smooth solid 130-144 (stays mostly at 140-144) fps zoomed out and panning. It wasn't like this before! They did a really good job there. Now, they just need to get those eye bug issues fixed. Also, they need to get that romance bug fixed too because that's another game and story breaking bug.

Hi, it's just rjssim here checking back for any news on these eye bug issues. I guess there's nothing yet. I read a post from the Sims community that TS4 team is ready for competition. That's cool and all, but with how broken the game is right now, and I mean all the other critical bugs besides these eye bug issues, such as the romance bug etc. Unfortunately, the competition is gonna have the upper hand. Inzoi is coming out soon, and it's gonna have a lot of features in the base game alone, and its also gonna be a lot more stable than TS4. I love TS4, and it has a lot of excellent content, but sadly, a lot of it is just broken. You can't fish in Sulani, the critical eye bug issues, overlapping festivals, the romance bug, and all the other bugs. The amount of bugs that were fixed in the last update vs all of the bugs that need fixing is just not looking great. If you want to save TS4 and keep it running for years to come where there is now good competition coming out, you are gonna need to hire a lot more developers on the bug fixing team, and I mean a lot more. Two months is too long for bug fixes, especially given how long that last list was. I would rather give my money to TS4 over Inzoi, but it's just not worth investing in a product that just doesn't work. Storytelling is completely broken with these eye bug issues and the romance bug.
Well, this is extremely discouraging. A post about a bug that is changing the appearance of the sims. How long will it be before this bug will be fixed, if at all? It's a like a reflection of these critical eye bug issues. The only advice I can really give is that EA needs to hire more people on the bug fixing team. Also, in regards to quality control, how is it that so many bugs get released with each update? The updates that are supposed to help and fix the game are more worrisome than encouraging.
