[FIXED] [GRO] Teens change appearance (Related to loose tooth)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.365.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vast Majority. Not Batuu, many of the kits and three stuff packs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I aged a child sim up into a teen, went into cas to edit them, all was fine. Upon exiting cas, it was as if they had been entirely rerolled, and in some outfits they were entirely black, couldn't even see their nose.
What happens when the bug occurs? Weird appearance glitch, sim seems to change every time I exit cas, but only the one.
What do you expect to see? No weird change.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

These are two different times i have gone into cas and then exited.
