Newborns have aged up, after choosing the "wiggly" trait for infants, they have reached the end of the day, then they have aged up, suddenly they always do that like babies and moodlets.What do you expect to see? toddler/child/etc. Sims get moodlets only for traits for their age group, not infant moodlets.Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? The patch 1.100.147.1030 update has been completed. maybe "Wiggly" trait is a problem because it's like that. All infant sim traits except "Wiggly" are not a problem. Screenshot:

UPDATE: I did take the quirk off and it doesn’t look like it’s happening but I have learned my lesson to do aging up the old fashion way (: thank you everyone for the helpful ideas and solutions!

@Lixisa17 Did they newly age up with yesterdays patch ? They aged up on their own ?

@crinrict No, I've finished updating patch 1.100.147.1030, then I tried playing The Sims 4, and created a new game, suddenly there was the same problem as yesterday's patch because of the "Wiggly" trait, maybe except for all the traits for infant sim. There are twin infant sims, select the "Sunny" trait for the first infant sim and the "Wiggly" trait for the second infant sim. Twin infant sims have aged up, after the last day, then suddenly there was the same problem as yesterday's patch except for the Trait "Sunny" because it was safe. I tried restarting the new game, then suddenly it's still the same. Because the "Wiggly" trait is a bug, except for all infant sim traits. Screenshot: report is the same, therefore it is not true but because the trait "wiggly" is a bug, after age up. My sim after aging up from an infant will be crouch down as if they were still an infant and a quirk notification would pop up. Happens with all ages. Makes playing households very unplayable. Have your Sims have a baby, have the baby age up to an infant normally, while in CAS (with cas.fulleditmode cheat on) change the age of the infant to a teen and then play as a teen. What happens when the bug occurs? It doesn't matter what time of day, lot you're on, whether you're standing or sitting, anything - this issue happens nonstop. Shortly after you start playing with your "new" teen, you'll get a notifications every 2-4 minutes saying that the teen sim just revealed an infant quirk (that can't be found in the simology panel). You will continue to keep getting the same quirks over and over again. Their body will also glitch back to an infant pose (see attached photo).What do you expect to see? Teen sims shouldn't get infant quirks and their bodies shouldn't revert back to infant pose.Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure The photos attached are of the same teen sim but taken 15-20 sim minutes apart. I have 4 teen sims in the same household that I aged up this way and they all do this.

@hotbread01 The patch didn't fix the already bugged toddlers. You will need to remove the traits manually (cheat)

part of the reason i made this! the game didnt register an "early riser" infant quirk so i cannot remove it

@hotbread01 It's probably a hidden trait.

Could you upload the toddler to the gallery and post the name here ? I can check the name of the trait you need to remove.

sadly i was growing too annoyed with it and aged her up with a cake so i do not have the toddler, as a child she has luckily not exhibited any problems, are normal players able to find the names of hidden traits to fix things like this on our own?

@hotbread01 Yes but you will need a mod. Use Frankks SimsInfo mod or MCCC. Both should show you hidden traits. With MCCC you can directly remove them. With SimsInfo you will then need to use a the traits.remove_trait cheat

I aged up my sim in CAS and now my adult sim is showing the infant wiggly moodlet and also showing infant sitting positions. I tried the suggestions in the following post but nothing helped:

My Sims just aged up from Toddler to Child, but keeps glitching to sit like an Infant sometimes. Also keep having the pop up that she has the Quirk Frequently Hiccups.

@RoxyK23 cheating the age up is known to still cause issue but the cake should be be fixed.

All you can do is cheat remove the quirks they have.
