Eloquent Elderly Estate is a very nice home for the sims to enjoy living in @Twiggy :) The exterior design and layout of the home is so very nice! It looks very nice how you hsve used the roof trimming in the build. Very nice front courtyard area! The flower beds looks so very pretty there! Very nice outdoors dining area for sims to enjoy sitting at the table eating meals in the outdoors air. The brick texture of the exterior looks nice, and the chimneys look great in the build. Sims will enjoy sitting in the sunshine at the umbrella covered tables. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior! Very nice windows alcove sitting nook for the sims to enjoy resting there in the seat reading a book and enjoying the sunshine coming in through the windows onto them. The wall of candles looks pretty there. The green colour of the dining room walls is nice and calming for the sims when dining there. The chef pig looks cute on the side wall table! The patterned flooring in the dining room looks nice, and the heart and coffee picture is a nice touch on the wall. Very nice living room! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofa there watching tv, reading a book from the bookshelf and enjoying listeming to music from the gramophone. The type of curtains there looks very nice. The marble flooring gives a nice look to the room.
