Thanks @Nhicks I was going to do the same thing with the washing machine then some had the same Idea so I thought I'll try something a bit different and that's what I came up with wasn't that easy to put together like that I think It looks ok.

Thanks @yanti68 I don't normally build like that I don't know where that Idea came from but the Asian house I had to change some of the colours in that build which It freak me out a bit It looked too real and I'm still learning how to build things there's so much to learn. :)

Here's Apartments I build for Quality Control Contest Challenge and there was a budget that we were given 340k for this Challenge and did not quite finish inside and the roof as well.

The exterior design of Bayview Apartments looks very nice! :) The curved roofing looks very nice! The windows look very nice how they are placed in the build! The water fountain features in the front of the build look so very pretty! Very nice furnishing of the penthouse apartment! Nice windows dining area for sims to enjoy eating a meal at the table with sunshine coming in through the windows. The flowers on the table are pretty for sims to see whilst dining. The window study desk nook looks very nice! The leather seating is nice for sims to sit on whilst using the computer . They will have great views through the windows whilst sitting there. Nice sofa seat sitting area for sims to relax there and have a drink from the bar whilst watching tv. The lobby area is very nice! Nice reception desk nook. The curtains looks nice there. The fish in the tank are restful for sims to see when sitting on the armchairs. The gym room is great! Very nice patterned flooring! Sims will like using the fitness equipment there to keep fit. The blue and white colour scheme of the room looks very nice. Very nice backyard community pool and outdoors dining area! The type of fencing used looks nice. Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool. They will enjoy cooking meals on the grill and eating the food in the outdoors air at the table. It is nice that there are seats there for the sims to sit poolside and chat. The back balconies look very nice.
The build is a very nice place to live ! :)

Lavender Bedroom

Lavender Bedroom is so very pretty! :) The colour scheme looks so very nice! It looks very effective the way the eclipse pattern light is placed on the bedhead wall and the eclipse prints are placed on the diagonal corners! The flowers on the tables in the corner nooks are pretty for sims to see when laying in bed. Very nice vanity table nook! The beauty products on the table and the fashion picture on the wall are nice touches there. The clothes and shoes nook looks great and it is nice the way that the clothes shelves are placed either sides of the nook. Very nice bedside table nooks! The mirrors look great on the walls there. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the ottoman stool in their bedroom. The clock is a nice home touch in the bed head ledge.
The furnishing of the room looks so very nice! :)

I really like that room. Great use of the brick to add a bit of textural and color contrast and its a great combination of pinks and purples!
