So @NRowe started a discussion about exploring all of the game play in the Sims. @elanorbreton suggested going in alphabetical order and this gave me an idea for a legacy challenge. What if each gener...
This version of the challenge has only been updated through Crystal Creations. Since it's difficult to update posts that were transferred from the old forums, I set up a new thread here. As of right now, the new version of the challenge includes game play from Lovestruck.
This is the easiest generation so far. Here are Dahlia's adulthood objectives: Teen+ Skills- Dancing, DJ Mixing Careers- Diver, Detective, Doctor Reside In-Del Sol Valley Lot Traits and Challenges-On a Dark Ley Line Visit-Del Sol Valley community lots Other Gameplay- Own a Drone, a Doctor playset, a Dishwasher, a Dartboard, a Dance floor, a Drink fountain and a Don’t wake the llama table. Put your Decorative Eggs in a Display case. Have a Dance party and Dinner party. Befriend a Dolphin. Woohoo in a Double bed. After all other objective are complete, die from Drowning.
Dahlia decided to continue living with Keon for a little while longer while their grief was at its worst. They went to the beach for some sunshine therapy and she made friends with a dolphin.
Dahlia had told her cousin Jack about her dream of moving to Del Sol Valley some day. He asked his mother, Noura, if Dahlia could move in with them. "We have so much space!" Noura was delighted to do anything for Celia's daughter, so she loaned the family dinosaur to a museum and made over the vault as a dark blue bedroom. Catch up time: I've only mentioned Noura briefly in B Gen Pt 2, when she and her twin sister visited Bianca. Since then Celia and the twins remained close. As a young adult, Noura married money and moved to Beverly into her husband's mansion in the Pinnacles. Now she is a widow living with her teen-aged son, Jack.
Dahlia soon makes herself at home. The kitchen is equipped with a Dishwasher and a Drink fountain. Noura also put in a DJ Booth and Dance Floor on the top floor, so Dahlia could work on her mix tapes.
Inspired by her beach adventures, Dahlia found a job as a Sunken Treasure Hunter, the top of the Diver career. She quickly tired of this and decided she wanted to do something more meaningful, so she went to work at the hospital. Talk about long hours! Luckily her Dance Machine trait gives her the ability to take a quick disco nap if her energy starts to flag.
It's Friday and her last patient of the day is a cute guy named Kayaan. She's too tired to go anywhere that night, but she makes plans with her clubbing friends for a Dance Party at the Bluffs on Saturday.
She brings along a drone to capture the moment. After nightfall, several of Dahlia's dead relatives show up along with a vampire mixologist and Celia's old werewolf friend Rory, so the event turned into something of a monster mash. It was worth it because Dahlia mastered the Dancing skill that night.
Between clubbing and her career, you would think she wouldn't have time to play cupid, but she does. She invites her cousin Brice over to Pectoral Fitness in Del Sol Valley, promising him that he would see some celebrities. She also invites Emily Kealoha, a detective she met at a house call. This was all a maneuver to set up Brice and Emily.
Dahlia is gunning for a promotion, so she decides to throw a Dinner Party for the hospital staff. The party was a success and towards the end she uses her medical prowess to check Kayaan, who catered the event, for hotness.
Soon she is promoted to Chief of Staff, in spite of the fiasco with the patient who eloped from surgery. She decides its time she stopped living off of Jack's generosity, so she and Kayaan move to a house in Mirage Park, on the other side of Del Sol Valley.
The new house has a recreation room with a Dart Board and a Don't Wake the Llama Table. They put a Display Case in the living room where Dahlia can finally show off her Decorative Egg collection.
