In my game, MCCC married him to a human townie (who I subsequently turned into a vampire). They produced two daughters who I think are both very pretty, and are unedited by me (though I did give them new clothes, hair and makeup)

@MaggieMarley Wow! Svetlana is gorgeous! I can't believe she's Vlad's. Christina is pretty, too, although those eyes and eyebrows are an (un)dead giveaway that she's Vlad's child.
