So the story blurb says budget is 150k, but the brief says 125k - which is correct? 🙂 And would it be ok to build on a lot that has a restricted lot type - for example the Stefani onsen bathhouse lot? It can't be changed to residential, but I'd really like to use that lot. Seems like I could still save it to the gallery without the required items.
