Here is a preview of my Windenburg Shopping District. I've added a gym, a sushi restaurant, and revamped the nightclub. The restaurant and the gym are heavily modified versions of "LOVE9SOULS" builds. I'm probably going to add a bowling alley once the bowling pack comes out. The general esthetic I planned for this shopping district is monochromatic with an emphasis on sleek lines.
