I’m curious to know if this Legacy challenge can be created or is already exist

Is there a 10-generation legacy challenge  to where you start off making a couple in CAS, because I'm tired of most of these challenges having to start off as one sim

Of course it can be created if you want it to. Pick a challenge that intrigues you and bend whatever "rules" there are to your liking. The challenges are there to keep you entertained, so do them your way.
