I don't know whether sims 3 had it, but I'd love to see the return of the teacher career, I used to love that. I think it would be fun as an active career too which I've seen a few others say (I'd also love to see university make a return, I know you can have your teen receive an A in high school and they start at level three of the career, but I think a university pack where you can start the job at the point where you can branch off would be cool, but I know that isn't really a career).
I'd also love for the pets jobs to make a return, I loved that in sims 2 as well!
As for new, something with animals other than a Vet like Animal rescue or a zookeeper career or something like that.
