If it helps I have makeovers of both Lily Feng (young criminal lord) and Alice Spencer-Kim (base game supervillain). But cannot wait to see other people’s creations, as I agree Middle Eastern and Asian creations are not as common on the gallery! I think Vindelillas and AlexiaVRfoster, two great creators, have some sims as well. Hope this helps!
