Tuscan Dream is a very nice Mediteranean home! :) The roofing and the design of the exterior looks very nice! Vdry nice layout of the build and exterior texture looks nice. The windows look very nice how you have placed them in the build. Very nice front patio area! The plants look very nice how you have placed them on the entrance porch and on either sides along the front of the home in the corner nooks. The backyard areas are very nice! The greenery covered trellis over the pool looks very nice. Sims will have fun swimming in the pool. The courtyard area is nice. The flooring paving looks nice in the type of the build. Very nice roof covered outdoors kitchen and dining area! It is nice that there is a fireplace there to keep sims warm whilst cooking. The sunken dining table area is very nice! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the stove and eating the food at the table, enjoying dining amidst the nice floral setting! Very nice outdoors living and fireplaces porch! The arches look nice how you have used them there. It looks nice how you have placed and angled the armchairs and sofa there, for sims to enjoy chatting together outdoors. The teapot and flowers are nice touches on the coffee table. It looks very nice how you have placed the plants on the shelves above and on either sides of the fireplace! Very nice furnishing of the interior of the home! The layout of the rooms and home areas are very nice! Very nice sunken kitchen and dining area! The furnishing, design and the black and green colour scheme of the kitchen looks very nice! It looks so very nice how you have placed the cabinets there! The dining table and searing complements with the rest of the kitchen. The green curtains look nice on the kitchen windows. The plants in the room and either side of the stairs, and the flowers on the table are nice touches of nature for sims to see when cooking and dining there. Very nice fireplace sitting are in the living room. It looks very nice how you have placed the bookcases either sides of the fireplace and have the shelves with pictures and plants above the fire. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas there, keeping warm near the fire. The tv watching area in the family room is a very nice area for the sims to enjoy watching tv or reading books together. The books are a nice touch on the tables there. The green ceiling lantern lights give a very nice look to the rooms. The bar counter alcove is very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting on the stools having a drink from the bar. The drinks display cabinets look great placed on the wall either sides of the window. Sims will have fun dancing to the juke box music! The bedrooms are very nice. It is nice that there is a basement level in the room. Sims will enjoy using the fitness equipment there to do training to keep fit, and enjoy doing painting on the easel and woodcrafting on the woodwork table.
