Hi there! I've had some unexpected spare time, so I finished two more house requestst. :smiley: The first one is called Elmsdale and I built it for Pamela who wanted a big house for her Sims family.

The second one is a lot smaller! It's called Monty's Pad and I built it for Monty who wanted a bachelor pad for his Sim ;)

Both homes are so very nice! :) Very nice exterior design of each of them! The curved water feature in the front patio area of Elmsdale looks so nice! The outdoors areas look so very nice! The curved pool area in the backyard looks very great! Very nice outdoors living seating area in the alcove behind the pool. The gazebo is very nice! The pond area with the rocks on the edge of it and water fountain window in the water looks so nice! The furnishing and layout of the interior of the home is very nice! Very nice blue and green colour scheme of the home. The type of and placement of the windows in Montys Pad looks very nice! The diagonal row of planter boxes at different levels on the front exterior of the home gives a very nice look to the home. The plants look nice placed on the edges of the home building. Very nice layout of the interior of the home! The sunken bar, dining and study areas looks very nice! The type of blinds used in the build looks nice. The brown colour scheme of the interior looks nice.
Both homes are so very nice,in both the exteriors of the buildings and the design of the outdoors areas, as well as the layout and furnishing of the interiors! :)

This is Rhapsody House:

Both the Artist's Home and Rhapsody House are very nice! :) Very nice exterior designs of each of them! The type and way the windows in Artist's Home are placed looks so nice! It looks very nice how there are the left and the right hand side open shutter windows with the other window in the middle. The flower boxes there look pretty! Very nice outdoors aress! The flowers and plants look very nice through the outdoors areas. The water looks very nice on the edges of the lot. Vdry nice roof covered patio beside the pool! Sims will enjoy sitting relaxing on the sofas there poolside in the outdoors air. Nice outdoors dining area. Sims will enjoy eating meals at the table in the sunshine. Very nice furnishing and layout of the interior of the home! The blue and white colour schrme of the interior looks very nice. The type of and placement of the curtains in the rooms looks very nice. Very nice windows study nook! Sims will enjoy sunshine coming in through the windows whilst sitting there using the computer. Very nice art studio room. Yhe easels look nice placed in the corners of the room. Sims will enjoy painting on the easels there and the art decor is a nice touch in the room. The layout of Rhapsidy Blue is very nice too! :) Very nice placement of the windows in the home! The roofing is very nice. The furnishing of the interior looks very nice! Very nice brown and white colour schrme of the kitchen and living rooms. The chequered wall tiling in the kitchen adds a nice look in the room.

This house is called Gizmo's Mansion, because our cat Gizmo built it :P The house is based on photos of an actual house someone asked me to replicate for her in the Sims 4.

The second house is a Tudor style house I built for someone who only has the basegame and GtW. It's called Old England and I had great fun building this one! It'll be perfect for Windesburg, I think.
