I like your architecture, very traditional and complex! Love the roofing! Your landscaping is very pretty! Love the water feature out front! Very beautiful garden too and love the backyard! And your interior, very cool! Love the pool sun room! The green color scheme makes a beautiful blend for this house!

Modern Living Lane 4 (the 'male' house):

Modern Living Lane 2 and 4 are very nice homes! :) They look very nice placed together. The exteriors designs of them are so very nice! The windows look very nice how they are placed in the homes! They are very nice light filled homes where sims would enjoy very nice views when indoors looking outside through the windows. It looks great how there is an observatory on the rooftop of one and hedging and hot tub is very nice on the roof of the other one. Sims will enjoy relaxing in the hot tub in the sunshine.mThe water looks very nice along the edges of the buildings! Very nice backyard pool and outdoors living patios in the builds! The grreenery covered trellises are very nice! Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the sofas or at the umbrella covered tables, enjoying the sunshine. Very nice furnishing of the interior of the homes! The colour schemes of the rooms in the homes look very nice. The designs of the kitchens and the placement of the cabinets looks very nice.Very nice bar and party rooms in the homes. Sims will enjoy sitting on the bar stools having a drink from the bar or food and drink from the fountain. The banners and balloons are a nice touch on one of the home's walls and the curtains look very stylish on the wall where the fountain is in the other home . The drinks display shelves in the room look nice. The plants look very nice how they are placed in the rooms through the home. Very nice furnishing of each of the bedrooms in the homes!

Thanks @rosemow ! I had a lot of fun creating these two houses. I created the scientist's house first, then I took pictures to create a mirror version of the first house for the female detective. ;)

Your WIP home looks so very nice! :) The layout of the build and the design of the exterior of the home building looks so nice! The outdoors areas are very nice. Very nice roofing on the home! The stone and the blue colour of the exterior walls looks very nice. Nice roof covered front entrance . The courtyard is looking great. The plants, trees and flowers look very nice how they are placed on the edges of the building and along thr edges of the hedge fencing in the back patio. Vdry nice outdoors dining and living area! The long dining table looks nice. Nice sofa and armchairs sitting area for sims to enjoy resting there in the sunshine. The greenery covered trellis garden nook is very nice. Very nice pool/pond! The rocks and plants look nice on the edges of the water.
The build is looking very great! :)

Thanks @yanti68 I glad you like my modern buildings. I had great fun building them. Mandy, the lady I built the houses for, told me that her mad scientists immediately ran upstairs to use the observatory when she put him in his new house. He was jumping for joy apparently. .hahaha! It's good to know I made a sim happy. Lol!
