@Caters your bathroom layout was inspiration for my photo, I wouldn't create it myself:) one of my early game mistakes was lack of concentration area that can be achieved with microscope prints or some other things. Another way for making concentration pictures is having observatory and get prints of space. Apparently you avoided making my mistakes in this area:) For some reason my concentration decorations counted as second decorations adding another +3 to happiness (making it total +6) instead of concentration, here is how it look like (messages are in Polish very similar for nice decorations, and for some reason there is no +3 to concentration, but another +3 to happiness)
but I always had chess in concentration room and I was making short chess games (10 minutes in game) to get +2 concentration before other activities. Result was that all sims were very concentrated during all their works. Your "family":) seems easier to maintain than mine, I had 8 adults since beginning, it was working nice with trait adding interest rate, but needed a lot of micromanagement in first game stages, to make them all having good moods before work etc.
