3. Any constructive criticism?
Have you ever considered adding more narrative to the dialogue? As in describing feelings of the POV character, gestures and mimics? It's just a suggestion.

I try to every now and then, but the way I write my story is supposed to more like a screenplay. That's why the story has "seasons" rather than books. For me I like to tell most of my story through pictures and dialogue that goes with it. I guess it also has to do with the fact that I'm not that great with writing in that form....I guess you could call it book form? I can never think of enough descriptive terms and it would also get confusing since I have so many characters. It's easier to keep track of who's talking with the screenplay format.

btw I did read quite a big chunk of NANA back then when it was still running and I also really liked it! But I never finished it, bc it took so long until a new book came out, that I simply forgot about it.
I admit Ren's band reminded me a lot of it! Did you take the name inspiration too?

If you liked the manga, you should definitely watch the anime! I think all the episodes are on youtube.
And yes i did get inspiration from it xD. I just love that show so much!

I would really like it if you would share some of your old screenshots! I think I completely missed the first version of the story.

I think I deleted the first version of the story. I actually published five chapters, but I just wasn't feeling it. I somehow made it where all the characters had tattoos and unrealistic jobs/apartments LOL. So I deleted everything and started fresh.....and I am really glad I did! Same with season 2 (I hope this version is better :D )

I do have old "promotional" screenshots (like the picture on the first post of this thread) and it has some different characters lol

I like that format too! It was just a suggestion if you want to try something new.

And I don't think it is lame. Your descriptions sound quite intriguing. And Frankie x Sean! OMG! I think that's my crackship now :D I think that would be a very interesting couple.
