- SheriSimSeasoned HotshotThe only new life state I would actually be interested in is witches/warlocks. But I would like to see several different vacations spots.... a tropical one, a snowy one, a trip one, amusement parks, casinoโs, a cruise around the mediteranian. To begin with
- Another life state most definitely! I can live with the one vacation world we've got so far, but I need werewolves and magic (and better plant sims too) to add to my vampires and aliens. I'm both a huge fan and writer of fantasy and sci-fi, and my sims world just doesn't feel complete without having plenty of magical and weird science elements in it (heck, even if you were to look back on how I played with my Barbie dolls back when I was little, nothing was ever flat-out normal with them--aliens, mutants, vampires...I was not a "typical" little girl).
No offense to players who have a more "realistic" play style, but...It's been 3 years. Forget vacation spots, laundry, farms, or whatever. Werewolves, magic, robots, mutants (I count plant sims as mutants), and superheros are way more important to me than any of that stuff. Say it loud, "I'M NERD AND I'M PROUD!" - Vacation
I would love a tropical world with a cruise ship - Vacation. Couldn't care any less about supernaturals.
- Godzilla-ForceNew SpectatorI'd prefure Lifestates, bacause something like camping, a Beach Destination, and Treking through the jungle are nice, but can be challenging, mainly because some lifestates are really useful (I mean vampires, there alternate versions of travel are so useful for Vacation worlds, because you get around quicker, then whan your a normal sim), without some item, or the GP 2's Wellness skill Teleport being automatic, like the Vampires Teleport options, it can take a while to get around these places, in S3's World Adventures, the China World was the longest to get around in, because most of the travaling was on trails and not on roads, without horses or the Hoverboard from ITF, it take forever to get around in Shang Simla, the same is somewhat true for the current vacation worlds, and since we don't have options like a Hoverboard, or automatic teleport for Ghosts, Aliens , and normal sims, it can take awhile to get where you need to go, plus I like variaty in my sims, In the S3, I usually made my simself a Werewolf/Witch hybrid (with NRASS Hybrid installed), becuase witches spells made things easier, while werewolves were very good at collecting necessary items (and looked cool to begin with, though I use CC to make my Werewolf Self look much bigger, and Furrier then S3 Werewolves normaly do), Fairies in the Sims 3 ran faster then an ordinary sim (through flying), and genies could teleport to different areas. Plus for any one who really plays the Sims, plays for its FANTASY content, because why would you wan't a pack or expansion that only features things you can do in real life, like take a vacation, or do laundry (I'm still Biffed about how laundry won, It could have been much better implemented as a Basegame feature, which would have added onto the feature in Later Packs, like how the dishwasher has, plus I was stoked for an Eco Pack, especially seeing some of the Suggestions for it, I mean come on, Eco Tech, Aqua Culture, Reducing your Bills and Carbon Footprint, and besides, the Boho Country Bumpkin view of Sustainable Eco Living puts off everyone from doing it, I beleive in innovation that works with nature, without sacrificing some of are favorite things, Like Video games, which require Electricity, thats something you can't do in nature).
- DeniseNJazzyNew SpectatorI (my sims) need more vacation spots, and the sooner the better!...so much so that I am redoing Brendleton Bay into a vacation world. There will only be two, three max Extremely Rich sims living there. Everything else will be specialty lots.
ETA: even this is a mere substitute, but its the best I can do. I really want another vacation world. Preferably something tropical like. "jackjack_k;c-16187013" wrote:

deep down in my heart, I gotta say life state. witches are my dream addition. but based off what we've currently had, I would ultimately have to say vacation spots. we've only got GF so far and while I like it, it's been worn thin in my game right now. some killer variety in areas to visit (Bon Voyage, World Adventures) is deserved.
It's interesting because Outdoor Retreat did add a lot of gameplay. Once you combine Herbalism, the Outdoor Enthusiast Aspiration, all the new collectables and gardening etc. it defs provides enough gameplay to have a Vacation every so often.
I think at the momement it's boring because it's the only one. But with a brand new one, it would provide 3 new locations, new skill, new aspiration and new things to do. I think it could add some valuable gameplay as well.
Which is why I can't really decide which I'd prefer for 2018 (both would be  ) but I don't think we'd be so lucky.
exactly! overall it has added quite a bit and I loved it for my sims that it suited but another choice at least would help spice things up. we did get two GPs this year so maybe we'll luck out with two in '18.- Vacation spot.
- MDianaSimsSeasoned HotshotVacation destinations! I mean it's been nearly three years since we got one and my Sims are stacking up vacation days like crazy.
- janysesNew ObserverThis is a tough decision for me because my count is that we have: 1 Destination and 1 Life State. I consider ghosts and aliens unfinished. So I can't choose. I want them both at the same time.
ETA: Should've added a poll to the thread.
