Yea it's a bit late seeing as how I just finished the last chapter before the spinoff. I'm glad I assumed correctly. Once the new heir took over and made friends I usually just kept the previous heir's relationships up through phone calls unless they called wanting to stop by the house. I actually liked your friendship rule so much I made it part of the legacy. :D
