Start w/$0 simoleons...that is right. When u hover over another Sims' name...it will show what job title they hold...in pink...if they r Mail Carrier,Pizza Delivery, Maid, Gardener etc. (not sure if that applies 2 the other game jobs or the active jobs).

U cannot begin working on those milestones until your heir is @ least child age....any time after they hit child stage u can work on it...The "aspiration" must b complete before heir reaches young adult stage. That will give u a total of 26 days in which 2 complete the milestones/aspiration if u begin when your heir turns child stage =)
