@TagiDoll @EuphorialQueen - If a Sim moves into the household with one of the Tutorial Aspirations it is definitely ok to give them a new aspiration. I don't know why townie Sims come with those aspirations since they aren't able to be completed.
You can use the random trait generator to roll up a new aspiration for that Sim. Just ignore the traits that it gives you and look at what the new aspiration is.
