Thanks so much! I've had a lot of fun writing Brittany, lol. She's a lot different from me in terms of basic traits, but at the same time I see moments where she reflects me too.

As far as perspective switching - I knew I wanted to write the start of the romance from Joaquin's perspective, and he turned out to be quite fun to write. I'm not 100% sure I'll write him again for a bit but I'm definitely thinking about it; if I do, it'll be shorter in length.

I haven't read all of Day & Knight, but I like what I've read so far.

Joaquin's a lot of fun to play, and I see him around a lot in my other saves, plus he's always intrigued me. Giving him a bit of backstory was fun, too; at some point, I may or may not make his mother and siblings, in addition to Brittany's family.

As for Brittany and good sense...we'll see. It may or may not take a swift kick in the plum on her Watcher's behalf to nudge her in the right direction, but she's got a good head on her shoulders too and I'll trust her judgement first and foremost.
