Inflection. How R's and vowels are pronounced. They'd need to get someone from Scotland to re-record all of the simlish. I'd also like English and Irish accents.

They all have variations, depending on which part of the country you're talking about.
England in particular has a huge variety of accents. I have a friend from Manchester, who has a very different accent to someone from Cornwall.
My English teacher was from northern Scotland, and we couldn't understand half of what he said. :/
