99.9% of simmers want this and have asked for this... Mixed-used Property.  Commercial/Residential blending.

Spiral staircases would be wonderful , other games can build it.

Interior Beams and Vaulted Ceilings.

It would be nice to have a larger selection along with more building options to use them in game. 🙂

I would like a restaurant lot in the form of a Bed and Breakfast! It could be a Retail lot too or Both! I could only dream for Residential to be included. It could even be a nice hotel...but not with these pictures!

This would be a nice addition to City Living and Cottage Living EP's along with Get To Work. 🙂

I love this for international cities all around the sims 4 worlds! 🤩

Sims 3 had those, and i find it weird that they weren't added in sims 4 as well.
