Please let Dine Out can hire sims living in house

As the title suggests, I really want to hire my sims and also play them in the house. this is not a problem at the past, hire random sims is ok, but now we have Spongebob packs!! I really want to hire my Spongebob sims also play them in the house, EA please, make my dream come true.😭
