📺 EP : TV games and Reality TV
Hi,
A new way to become popular and rich by using skills through several challenges.
Like the Actor career, the sims could visit TV studios and participate to games for example The Sims Sparkl'd (Yes, the sims also like to play to this video game. Programming and Video Gaming skills required).
There will be a "casting" phase too but this time it's not a career, it's a kind of odd job.
Logic and Fitness skills could play a big role during these TV games and Mischief skill could be used to cheat and sabotage the rivals.
Depending on the game, the sims could win different rewards :
- Money
- Social media followers
- Fame (EP06 Get Famous)
- Restaurant Star (GP03 Dine Out) : MasterChef ultimate reward
- Exclusive objects : Bike, appliances, fully upgraded electronic devices, ...
- Coupons : Free food for a week, free vacation
- Romantic partner : The Bachelor ultimate reward
A new lot type could be added : Reality TV lot
- Limited time residence like vacation rental
- No bills : Of course the production will pay the bills
- No death : The director made a pact with Grim Reaper.
- NPC Housemates : Same as Roommate system with different roles specific to Reality TV.
- Show types : Big Brother or The Bachelor (The player could pick any NPC as The Bachelor including Grim Reaper ???)
- Public Opinion Levels : More your sim creates drama in the house, more the public will enjoy the show. A sim with Acting skill could make fake relationships to fool the public.
