[AA] Feedback on the first Formative moment call to adult sims

Hello, just wanted to give a small feedback on a Formative moment call to adult sims when starting playing a new household for the first time, so an adult sim can get a formative moment trait for free.

I think it'd be more logical if a call is from an unknown caller (like a prank call), or a vibrate phone without a pop-up when a freelance/acting agency call to find a gig rather than another sim who's currently at the lot. Especially when playing many sims in one household or during Welcome Wagon, I don't feel it does not make sense to get a call from another sim in front of my sim to call to my sim.

Not sure if this is by design but hope there will be some tweak on that.
