Ability to disable Sharing is Caring

I like the Eco pack but I hate the sharing is caring.  My sim went to a bar and by the time they left the speakers, several tables and chairs and decorative items were gone (stolen).  I was surprised no on took the TV.  Can there be an option to disable this without having to remember to cheat and remove it from each neighborhood?
