Ability to remove ailments
Every single sim in my game is sick with an ailment. There should be an option to turn off ailments the same way you can turn off Eco Footprint Gameplay and can limit Werewolves to Moonwood Mill.

I was so excited for the Enchanted By Nature pack, because I love high fantasy and fae stories, but the ailments are just horrible and annoying and add absolutely nothing to game! Even when balance and such are turned off, these stupid, awful ailments keep showing up every hour! They absolutely ruined my Sims' wedding event when those horrible gnomes kept showing up and breaking things! Either get rid of them, or make them easier to cure for the love of everything decent!
In a fraction of a day my Sim took a Holistic Cure to cure Creative Impulse, I decided to give her Celestial Protection which is suppose to save you from getting the next ailment (but there is no buff or notice, at least I saw), she became Very Imbalanced (I think from being eaten by Cowplant) and got Simoleon Sickness while in the bath from the Cowplant hygiene drop, I couldn't take another Holistic Cure as it was on cool down for the day, so use the regular Cure. I then made her a Freezer Bunny Foot to bring her Balance up and it only when to Imbalanced after a couple/few in game hours.
Not to mention my bad luck Sim started 2 kitchen fires and another Sim had 1 kitchen fire (I didn't check luck though) in that same day, trying to cook, re-cook and try again cooking a meal autonomously. I've been scared to go back into game anymore today LOL.
They really need to sort this frequency of ailments (and maybe those bad luck fires), even just for those who want to use it, and an off button for those who do not.
I have seen several people complain about the gnome event, and i mean that it should only show up if you have the lot trait, or if you get cursed by a fairy.
I agree! I’m playing in a non fairy world, not playing occult sims and every other day they are getting ailments, sometimes just from going to work. I’ve been cheating to give my sim 1500 so they can just go get it healed right away. I wish there was a way to either limit to the fairy world, to be able to toggle it off totally, so when you want ailments to impact your sims you can choose where and when.
