Ability to remove ailments
Every single sim in my game is sick with an ailment. There should be an option to turn off ailments the same way you can turn off Eco Footprint Gameplay and can limit Werewolves to Moonwood Mill.

They can be disabled now, but it would be nice to have a cheat to also remove them, if you forgot to disable aliments.
My sim has had this ailment for what seems like ever and nothing is working, based on the comments here that I've skimmed through and read, EA should create in the next patch a way for us to turn that feature off if we don't want it attaching like a leach. Every time she comes home from work or an even she runs to a toilet and throws up, she's covered in an orange and yellow rash which has now changed to paint because she is an artist by trade. it's quite annoying, the mood swings? I'm in perimenopause and even I don't have THAT many shifts in mood.

I haven't played since the update yet, but you can disable ailment spread in the menu now. It looks like, if you don't want to deal with them at all (unless you have a fairy cause them), you'll want to also disable balance.
I do not like to complain, I promise. But Ailments are beyond the pale. Every single sim I have has ailments, and they won't go away. I am working on a story and it's really really not helpful. We need a way to turn this off, in game options. PLEASE please please EA.

StuStuie the Sims team recently announced that they are working on a toggle for Ailments. Hopefully we won't have to wait too long.
