Ability to remove ailments

I don't know if its just me having this issue but since getting the enchanted by nature pack which includes ailments, my sims are getting an ailment every time they leave their own house and it's getting ridiculous. I have no interest in using ailments unless I am playing a game dedicated to the new pack and want to turn them off without disabling the whole pack!

I would like this option as well. I currently turned off the balance and luck systems in the hope of reducing the amount of ailments. But turning off ailments specifically would be great. I mainly got the pack for fairies and don't want ailments in my game. 

I agree!  Neither my daughter or myself bought this pack when we found out we don't have the option to turn ailments totally off.   PLEASE make this an option.

Ailments are out of control even when I have all the options in the settings off. We really need an option to actually turn them COMPLETELY OFF please! Is ruining all my saves all my sims keep getting sick all the time non stop. I haven't been able to properly play and enjoy the game because of this. Please please give us an option to completely turn it off! I just wanna play sims 4 and have fun and this has really been a nightmare.

Agree! Is crazy even with all the options turned off you still get soo many ailments. We really need an option to turn it off for real

I agree too. It was funny (the fiery emotions one) but it's quickly becoming a revolving series of ailments. Playing two households and the ailments are just dragging the gameplay down.

I've turned off the balance feature, which sounded interesting. It's off along with the eco settings. And the dust settings and the community voting...they just feel over the top and create an unmanageable experience (in my opinion)  End of rant  :) Thank you for raising this  

An option to toggle off would be great!

My Sim hasn't gotten an ailment, but I've only played long enough to do the Nature's Calling quest, and then I went back to the build I'm working on.

It sounds like they need to tune it, which is often the case in this game any time they add something new, as well as a toggle. 

Thinking about this more I realised my sims were using the wooden throne toilet and not hand washing. also foraging and not washing. The throne has gone and lots more hand washing/showering (also sponge clean option in public restrooms) will see if this helps. if only there was in game hand sanitiser!

Not being able to turn off ailments is the only thing holding me back from getting this pack even though I really want the fairies. I'd rather not have to deal with ailments at all, but especially not in every save. There doesn't even seem to be a no cost, instant way to remove the ailments from our Sims, and even then I'd still have to deal with other Sims coming to my house and causing havoc with their ailments. I especially don't like the luring gnomes and setting everything on fire ones.

I am open to using a non script mod if I have to, but the only mod I've found that completely disables ailments is locked behind a patreon membership and while it says I can get it if I join for free I don't actually trust that it will be and I don't want to have to sign up for some patreon anyway. If anyone knows of a mod I can download without needing an account that completly disables ailments can you please let me know?
