Adventure Awaits glitch for Reapers

I've noticed a problem happening recently with my Reaper sim and the Adventure Awaits lots.  Whenever you get a random mission to go and recapture escaped souls from the Netherworld and it happens to send you to an Advneture Awaits lot (doesn't happen on any other neighborhood lots that I have noticed) but thre are none of the special spirits to capture... only living sims.   On the positive side even afer your Reaper harvests the living sims they are really still alive and in your game.  They will show up again later even if you take their souls back to the office and deposit them back into the Portal to the Netherworld.  It is just strange.
