Apartment Blocks

I have been wanting for a long time for Sims 4 to add apartment blocks where you could set up a large building with multiple apartments where you could have multiple families staying or living in the complex at the same time.

This would allow you to home more families in a town and have sims live closer together. Another part to this I would have is the ability to rent out parts of a Sims home to another Sim or family with options to section of which parts of the property are allocated to which sims with communal areas accessible to all sims in the complex.
