[BH] Customers spawn very low needs/peeing on floor with bathrooms available.

I have been watching a lot of content for this pack and have seem multiple Sims YouTube creators having this. I see that EA Cade says it is by design, but I think it is just ridiculous. I have not purchased the pack yet and am questioning whether or not to do so. I don't understand how they think this adds to the gameplay. Just watching it is videos is frustrating.
