We need a pack or road map where we can visit the hospital or gp office if they become sick not just when having a baby!
Also have plots to make houses in the same town! This would be amazing and useful for careers..... who else thinks this should be a thing?
I can see where that would work. A popular Mod from SimRealist offers a physical Medical clinic. I think it would be fun.
I definitely want to be able to vist the hospital or police station, but honestly I'd be pissed if they released an EP so that we can visit places that came in another EP. That would mean paying another $40 for something that should have already been included. No thanks. I refused to buy the small pets pack because of the fact that it should have come with Cats and Dogs, and I would refuse to buy that too out of pure principle.
Now a free update, that's something else. Bring it on.

I tried that mod! It was fun but I ended up uninstalling it and just keeping the cc hospitals. It's pretty intense. 🙂
I've found that true with all the health overhaul mods. As soon as I go into a new household someone gets sick. Plus all the doctor's visits, vaccines, etc.
Yes, it can be. My Sims were suddenly sick all of the time, including the Toddlers, who couldn't even be treated. 😕 I've also since learned that Private Practice interferes with Road to Fame. Can't have that. Oh, well.
That mod is like a whole new sims game in itself! The SimRealist Medical Clinic mod. It's fun and challenging to play. 🙂
I wish they would do a give free update where your sims can get sick and have to go to the hospital... and/or baby visits. There is still so much I would like to see in the sims.
I would also love to see an overhaul on careers. I feel like there is still a bunch they could add to the game. I wouldn't mind some more where you can also go to work (like the Doctor, Science, and Police Careers) or run a business at home (daycare)
More Hobbies would be nice too. I don't think honestly cars to drive is needed, but I would like the fix up cars like we did in previously. Pottery making (it would be cute to go paint pottery with your sims for like a friends day or date) More cool woodworking stuff you can build, more sports that you can actually participate in, archery, glassblowing or metal work, crafts for adults, and more water things to do on the beach maybe.
Also more things for kids in general. More after school activites... girl/boy scouts, clubs, sports and etc. Gymnastics would fun to add for kids and special clubs to raise skills.
More items for kids and younger. I feel like we are lacking in items for babies/toddlers.
