BIGGER LOTS

We have a 64 x 64 lot… how big could we realistically go? Could we go bigger if we sacrificed a floor?
Made it 3 floors instead of 4? 

I’m building a secondary school, but the lot ain’t big enough. 

Could we get a 120 x 120? A 90x90? 

If you do make it can it be inner city vibes for the surroundings.

If not for mac just for console players ?

Side note can we get a high school/ secondary school lot type so we can make any building a school and select which students go to that school and who teaches there ? 
And a playable teacher career?
