Bring back burglars

Ive been asking for Burglars for ten years now so yes I would love for Burglars to come back. 

Oh man I LOVED burglars, they add such a fun sense of chaos to the game. Plus in Sims 4 where events outside of your control don't seem to really happen anymore (I'm still bitter about losing vampire break ins haha), they would really shake things up a bit.

Oh yes i miss our thieves from the earlier sim packs and the meteor shower event that could happen althought i can imagine another nature catastrophe for the sims 4 instead of having a giant rock falling from the sky, perhaps they could tweak the snowstorms ,sandstorms and the thunderstorms so even the electricity turns off , now i know there are mods for that but.. bleh hah. it would be an interesting aspect to the game!

I like the break ins and blackmail that were added with For Rent. I played a Sim based on Black Widow (but not heroic at all). She was in everyone's homes rooting through their stuff and then blackmailing them later. I recommend it for fun gameplay. She also has the kleptomaniac trait and is a double agent.

I dressed her a bit like a burglar using the Goth kit. For an outfit that looks cool during the day...and helps her sneak around at night!

I kind of expected to see burglars back when I saw the gameplay for For Rent but instead we got this.

Well the best of all was that it was just one of the things that could happen it was not something that you could count on happening.

I think i only saw two comet's back in those days but you always had that feel it was going to happen but you could never tell when or how.

If they ever install this into the sims 4 i hope they will stick to that randomness and the rarity these events had because it gives more.

It's no fun when you know it will happen.

I want Burglars to break in when your Sims is on like the previous games but also off the lot and make sure you have your door locked and a Burglars alarm so you get a notification like a ring camera that your house is being robbed and you need to notify the police and go home ASAP and when you go home either the burglar is inside, caught in the act or you were robbed. Then the police can arrest the burglar and take him off lot like previous games. Also it can correspond with GTW with the detective job you can catch Burglars and kleptomaniacs on the act and arrest them or do an investigation or get calls that someone is breaking into a house. 

The tools is already in the game for the concept.

The bug when uninvited townies shows up and walks in without concern the door is locked , breaking your things, stealing your stuff also eating your food and more and we have the get to work expansion.

We also got plenty of violance happening , just accept the quests who wants to stay at your house for few days.

They will argue until one of them dies and if they are surviving you are in luck.

So it is a matter of finding a pathway and put those things together in a good way.

Why not harvest those bugs and put them into good use.

I would love to be able to call the police or the army or somebody else if something is happening 🙂

@simsplayer818 that sounds like a fun way to play, especially for those who like a bit of chaos and mischievousness in their game! 🤭😉  I normally play nice with my Sims, but once in a while I will stir up trouble. 😅
