[BY DESIGN] Becoming a temporary ghost spawns a gravestone in inventory

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim drink the spectral spritzer drink, perform ghastly ritual on séance table or drink the ghost goo serum.
What happens when the bug occurs? A tombstone spawns in the sim's inventory
What do you expect to see? I don't think a tombstone should spawn if the ghost is just temporary and the sim didn't actually die.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Spawning a tombstone after only temporarily transforming into a ghost seems odd because there are interactions when you click on it such as "strengthen connection to physical world" and even the "return to netherworld" interaction. Not sure if these buttons are broken and just don't do anything or if it is actually messing with the sim on some technical level that could cause issues later in the save.

This is currently by design, think of it as a memento of a Sim's time as a ghost.
It can be sold or deleted if unwanted, and shouldn't cause any functionality issues.
Leaving this open to gather any additional feedback for potential changes down the road.
