Revamp to "Mods Disabled" Popup After Patches?

After big patches, mods are automatically disabled and when you first launch the game, a pop-up informs players of this, as seen below:

Current "Mods Disabled" pop-up when you first launch the game after a major patch

This popup technically checks the important boxes to inform the player that mods were disabled and why (game updated, mods might "conflict", how to re-enable); however, after every big patch, online sims communities are flooded with simmers complaining or panicking that "EA broke their game." These simmers are clearly not reading or understanding the popup, choosing to re-enable mods, and then not understanding why their game is not working functionally, and then offloading troubleshooting to their fellow players.

Is there any way that we could get a revamp to how this popup is handled? I do not have an exact solution I think would be perfect, but I have a few ideas I think could be considered:

Secondary WARNING popup to confirm you want to disable packs

In the new pack selection/deselection too, the main menu has a normal warning, and when you try to actually select your packs and hit confirm, there is a secondary warning in red. I think taking inspiration from this could be good in two situations. First, the current Mods Disabled popup it says "mods are disabled because they could conflict with the update" which I think is language many simmers either skim over or do not understand. If these words were red or had red text describing examples of broken mod behavior (broken UI, messed up textures, inability to load into saves or households, etc), it might have more impact. I think an alternative could also be having a secondary warning pop up when players go to reactivate mods (either at all or just script mods).
