Can we get a cancel order button if we mis-clicked the wrong dlc?

Just frustrated that I can't play and even open my game until this gets resolved. I thought I was buying Businesses and Hobbies, but the app said I purchased Lovestruck. I tried to contact EA help since I do not ever want Lovestruck. I was trying to buy Businesses and Hobbies for my birthday. Talking to EA help really did not help. Apparently, they can't do anything until my bank gives them the money tomorrow. So I told I have to waste time on my actual birthday and be possibly be frustrated yet again. Btw, if I open my game the dlc I do not want will start downloading. So I can't even play my game.

Happy belated birthday! Sorry to say, but we can't support refunds here on the forums as we lack the tools to do so. Live support would be the best resource in this case if the Refund Tool isn't displaying the DLC. It'd be best to contact them again once the transaction goes through to see what options are available.

Prov31Simmer Glad to hear you got that refund.

If the EA App is still trying to download Lovestruck, the pack you've gotten a refund for, please try clearing the app's cache.

Generally speaking, the EA App is designed to automatically install digital packs after you buy them, and there isn't an option to disable that. Some simmers found that disabling automatic game updates in the app's settings and canceling the download should do the trick, though it may be temporary and may require repeating eventually.

If you're okay with the download happening, but would rather not have the pack active in-game, you can deactivate it under Marketplace > My Collection > Pack Selection.

I did finally get a refund amd was told to just go ahead and purchase the correct pack. The other unfortunate thing is now the EA app is still wanting to download Lovestruck. I canceled it, but it retries to auto-download every time I open my game.

Oh and yes. I looked at the picture before ordering I believe it said Businesses and Hobbies, otherwise I would not have confirmed the purchase.
