sailorleontine death from a shark attack is already in the game as part of Island Living. You don't actually see it as the Sim is pulled under the water before dying. If you have Island Living and want to try it out get your Sim to swim in the deepest water, so in the spots where they can scuba dive at the buoy that's furthest out. That's the most likely place for a shark attack. I always save my game before they swim out to the buoy 🦈.
