Can we please fix the werewolves?

I dont want to have to work around fixing the colors of my werewolves nose, or their ears, or their mouth. It's ridiculous that players have to fix issues that EA causes. We spend hard earned money on a game we want to enjoy, but we cant enjoy it because nothing ever seems to work right. Maybe it works for a little while, but in the end, something is always wrong. I just want my werewolves to have colored noses, I shouldn't have to fix it myself, like it was all just fine when the werewolves game pack was first released, so what happened? And why hasn't it been fixed?

  • YES! I completely agree with you. it's frustrating spending so much time and hard earned money on something and then it not being fixed. Upsetting as a consumer buying a product made by the creator of the game only to experience issues left and right. some issues are expected when first released but after a certain point it just comes off and neglect and disregard for customers. I love the sims 4 but I don't love all the small issues that make the game less enjoyable. consumers should NOT have to have tips and tricks on how to fix or make a game run properly. there are larger older games that are still up and running experiencing less issues. and when they do you at least get an email or a social media post saying what's going on and they value you as a customer. I understand they have a laundry list of things that need fixed but they need to focus on that in between releasing new content. scared to buy the new upcoming pack for this reason. I don't wanna spend 40 bucks and then after find out some of gameplay/features don't work months after release. wish I could help remedy this issue for you but just wanted to let you know you are not alone in this frustration. wish they could do something like a remastered version of the sims 4 like other games have. The concept of the sims 4 has changed at least one time in its conception that it seems like the very foundation of the game is broken, causing all of these issues. good luck!
