Ignore Lot Level Toggle Switch

I would love to see a toggle switch added into the game options in order to easily switch on/off ignore lot level. I think this would hugely improve build mode to eliminate unwanted camera bouncing. I am aware that it is possible to do this by editing the game code, however this is not always a good or even possible option for all players. I think adding an in-game toggle switch would be a much better option.
