CAS Icons - Some facial scars not visible in the icon

Some of the icons in the CAS eye details menu don't show the detail because the icon focus solely on the left eye. So any details on the right eye aren't shown. The pack is Get Famous that seems to have this issue. No Mods or CC enabled.

Solution could be to have the whole face visible like in the Faces Presets menu.
