Commertial Base Game World

The base game includes 12 types of community lots, and many game packs like Dine Out or Spa Day add even more, often without bringing new worlds or extra space to build. The more expansions you own, the more lot types become available. Unfortunately, most new worlds only come with few of empty lots, if any at all.

Lately, I’ve had to repurpose many of my existing lots for commercial use, but I'm quickly running out of space. I'd love to include more wedding venues, cemeteries, libraries, museums, parks, and gyms in my save without having to remove residential lots or replace what’s already there.

I've started experimenting with combining multiple functions into a single build, but it's not always ideal. I really wish the game made it easier to fit all the community spaces we have access to in the base game.

I don't say we need to have something huge. Just a generic world with even one neighbourhood with 8-10 lots would be enough. In the past I really enjoyed the consept of Downtown in The Sims Hot Date.
