I think Cowplants should make plant milk.If you have cottage living, the only way to get plant milk that lactose intolerant sims can drink is with the veggie treat. While this is cool and should probably stay in the game I don’t see why Cowplants don’t produce plant milk.it would give you more of a reason to have a Cowplant and invest time in gardening, because then you could milk the cowplant instead of having a cow if you want. It makes sense that the plant would produce milk and I don’t think it would be that hard to implement given we already have milking animations for the cowplant and plant milk is already a thing in game. It could just be a cool alternate way to get plant milk.I just feel it would make sense. Plus I always want more reasons to have cowplants in my life :D

I love it.My friend's tweens just got the free base game and are obsessed with Cowplants. Every time I see them they have loads of questions and comments about them. They'd like them to grow faster and do a bit more. So it would be fun to shake them up a bit🐮

@LadyAofPineapple , you can "milk" a cowplant but it doesn't give you "milk" or even a plan-based milk substitute. And you can't just milk any copwplant... they have to have eaten another Sim. If the Sim is only been "eaten" once, the Cowplant will spit that Sim out and the eaten Sim will have a Moodlet about the experience. If your Sim were to milk the Cowplant after this, they would end up with a drink that would give them whatever mood the Sim who had been eaten was in at the time they were eaten. However, If the eaten Sim that still has the moodlet from being eaten by the Cowplant gets eaten a 2nd time, then that Sim will die! And if that happens, your Sim can milk the Cowplant and get a drink that will revert them to the beginning of theri current Lifestage! This is what you were remembering from the game! It just isn't a plant-based milk, or even milk at all! 🤨I think if they were to allow plant milk from the Cowplant, it would have to be available only when the Cowplant hasn't eaten anyone, for obvious reasons!

@PugLove888 Hellooo 😁! Thanks for that I didn't know any of it. I'm becoming more interested in cowplants since finally adding werewolves and seeing them mentioned in Greg's Diary as being arch enemies in Werewolf/Mooncaster lore. I found the cowplant skull pieces to put together with the other Moonwood Mill relics. So there's a lot more to them than I thought!

@SheriGR Totally agree.Would love to see the Cowplant get a friendship bar and watch it rise when you "Talk To Plant". Then, after befriending, you can freely milk them for Plant Milk.This option would be a nice workaround for Sims who live in an Apartment and can't have a Cow Shed on their lot (at least not that I know of, I've never tried this).

@maddinwritestuff what a good idea for a new (and possibly life threatening) interaction with Cowplants! We could have a Cowplant refresh. A Cowplant 2.0 if you will.
It would take a brave Sim to get close enough with their little milking stool and they might need a couple of bodyguards standing nearby but why not! I love it.

They also need to make plant milk okay to use with all recipes that require milk, not just the recipes labelled for lactose intolerance.

Another Cowplant tip they might like, is that (IIRC) a Cowplant skeleton can still be used by a PlantSim to absorb energy from! It used to be this way when PlantSims were first introduced, but perhaps an update chanted it. I haven't tried it in a couple of years, so hopefully it still works.🤞 The great thing about this was that absorbing the energy from an already dead Cowplant can't harm the Cowplant! 😅

Update: Apparently you can't do this with a dead Cowplant anymore.😥 🤭 Sorry for the confusion. 😳
