Create own lot
I used to play Sims 2 and I loved the ability to place a lot of my own choosing, to make a choice of whether it was residential or a community space. I miss this option because it limits the places we have/spaces we can build on.

This is simply not something possible in The Sims 4 as all of the worlds are hard coded and crafted by hand. You can however change most of the lots in The Sims 4 into other lot types apart from certain lots.
