Cringe trait needs revisited

Don’t get me wrong, I love how accurate Sims can get real life.  I’m also a fan of the characteristics of this trait.  I’m not OK with how negatively this trait is portrayed in the game and how other Sims respond to it.  I’m not OK that it’s called Cringe either. Curious what peoples thoughts were. I’m hoping the creators of this game revisit this.  I’ve been playing sims for 25 years and it’s the first time that they’ve introduced something to the game that legitimately felt mean.

    You played back when Sims 2 and 3 were in their prime and think Cringe is too mean? The games with traits like Insane and involved bizarre murder plots? Cringe isn't even a slur or anything. 

    It's just a game, relax. It's ok to have some sims be losers. It's part of the fun.
